Monumental Sports Uses Fan Data to Increase Ticket Sales with SSB

We’re thrilled to be partnering with Monumental Sports and Entertainment to help increase their ticket sales and personalize their fan experience. By combining data from Monutental’s ticketing, concessions, and merchandise partners, as well as integrating their CRM and email management system, SSB helped increase unique email opens by 153% and sell more family packs by January 2020 than the entire 2018-2019 season.
